BOSS IS GROSS

Charles Darwin gave the theory of Evolution that means the species, who adapt themselves according to the time and situation will survive. Science says that the dinosaurs extinct 65 million years ago, but I think they didn’t. Even they adapt themselves and evolved and accordingly to Darwin’s theory they passed on the beneficial mutations to the next generation.  And now they are known as “BOSS”. Boss is an extraordinary species, who is known by a number of names like senior, senior management, CEO, MD, CMD, etc... He is non-vegetarian in nature and his favorite prey is employees. He loves to suck up their blood and eat up their mind. He is very cunning, ruthless, arrogant and irritating creature. It’s not very tough to find one; you can see a specimen of this specie in any office.

If Mr. Charles Darwin was alive today, he would have proud of this specie as this specie has adapt itself brilliantly. Boss is very cunning and selfish. He has evolved than their ancestors, who were totally ruthless and coldhearted and were proud of this attitude. But now, Boss talks sweet to the employees and he webs a perfect trap around the employees with this. Employees get trapped in it, as they think their boss is their well-wisher. Boss is very complex creature; you never know what’s going on his mind. However the employees try hard to please him, he is never satisfied. He always finds some fault in the employee’s work because he just wants show his superiority. He wants to show that these employees are not worth; they are working on his mercy. He has irritation with a few things like INCREAMENT, BONUS, SALARY, etc.  These words just freak him out. The boss always blames the employees for any failure, doesn’t matter whether it was employee’s fault or not.

And the worst any employee can face is BOSS’s children. It doesn’t matter he is a son or daughter. As Darwin’s theory says Species pass on the beneficial mutations to the next generation, so his children are more dangerous. They are very irritating in nature and they try their best to make an employee’s life hell. You can say that they are like “TRYANNOSAUR” the most dangerous dinosaurs.

Now the most important question how to save you from this specie, well it’s hard to say. This question still needs lots of research and development. Scientists and scholars have not reached to a perfect solution and conclusion. But the research shows that you need to adopt the approach of strike your enemy before he does. You need to dominate your boss before he starts dominating you. But as you know every coin has two aspects, so this theory too has its cons. This theory can harm you, but sorry guyz there is nothing better than this approach.

Love & Break-Up

Aisi bewafaai ki ussne ,
mohabbat bhi badnaam ho gayi....

I was going through some websites and got this shayari. My first reaction was what the f***. Pata nahi after break-up sab shayar kyo ban jate hai, and if they can’t be shayar to yeh devdas type wali shayari apne facebook status pe copy kar lete hai. Then I thought what is the reason behind it and now here it is. My first blog – Love & Break-up.

When you are in Love, you have got feel good factor just like the sensex has got before the slowdown. You are on the moon. You find your bf/gf the most amazing and beautiful person in this whole universe. You keep thinking about him/her, it’s just like typical bollywood movies. Teddys, Chocolates, Bouquets and lots. That is something funny. It happens with everyone, I felt this too. And I must say there is nothing so beautiful than love. You feel that Bryan Adams has sung his superhit track - *When you love someone* just for you. You smile, when you are alone. Your friends tease you by calling your bf/gf as jiju/bhabhi and still you love it. It’s really beautiful, isn’t it.

Love comes with the great responsibility. Actually responsibility would be a wrong word; we can replace it with expectations. We have expectations from every relationship and from love, the most. You want her to treat you differently from others, so does she. You want her with you at every special occasion. She wants you to listen her problems and her stories and even if it bores you, you have to. She expects you to call her again n’ again and you want some space for your friends too. And these small things, which you don’t give much importance, leads to dissatisfaction and thoda man-mutav.  Waise log kehte hai jhagro se pyar badhta hai aur aisa hota bhi hai, if these nok-jhoks are not so serious. But the problem lies, when it starts growing. You think she is not giving you space and she thinks you have changed. Both of you try to solve these problems at your level, but we must understand that the problem is mutual. We have work together to solve these. Then you both start blaming each other. You don’t talk about your feelings and you don’t share it with her. The feelings starts dying somewhere between you. You start spending less time together. You both start avoiding and later ignoring each other.

At last,things didn’t work out between both of you, so this situation called Break-up came and solved all sort of disparities. And all of a sudden your love, jiske sath aap jeene-marne ki kasme khate the, has become the worst person in this world. So what happened? Both of them think that they were honest and loyal, but the other was not. You think she was being bitch and she thinks that you were a jerk. Whenever anyone talks about him/her, you say you don’t want to listen about anything about her. But this is really funny situation because you really want to listen about her. You want to know how she is. You want to know everything about her. You show that she doesn’t matter at all, but you know she does. But again this so called ego doesn’t let you show your true feelings. And it makes the things worse. A person who was everything to you, she is not even your friend anymore. This is really weird. Truth, honesty and communication are base of any relation. And if any relation doesn’t work out, it’s failure of both. You are as guiltier as she is. But your ego doesn’t let you accept this truth that somewhere you were wrong. You were not able to understand her. And she doesn’t accept this reality too. Aur phir yeh rishtey aise jalte hai, jiska rakh bhi nahi bachta, sab kuch jal jata hai.

We use our heart, not mind in love and unfortunately we use again this heart in break-up too. But I sincerely believe that we should use heart as well as mind both for break-up. We should use heart because how can we loathe the person, whom we loved the most and we should use mind because we know whatever has happened, it has for the best of both of us.

If we think logically and honestly, I know this break-up would not be as worse as it used to be.
